Fashion in Jamaica and the region exists, much to my annoyance, almost outside of an international aesthetic. It's my desire, then, to build a bridge between what is innately cultural, and the international industry, all the while highlighting trends and shifts within both spheres.

Emilio Pucci Pre-Fall 2010
For Emilio Pucci's pre-Fall line, there were plenty of party dresses of course to please designer Peter Dundas' large clientele. But in between those numbers, he put his experience at fur specialist Revillon to work, turning out belted cashmere jackets with fox sleeves here, a shaggy black coat there. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!
