D&G Fall/Winter 2010 RTW

Regardless of my on-again off-again feelings for designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, I have to admit that these two know how to theme a collection and stick to it.

Just as the two did for menswear, they sent their women to the slopes. Models were cozied up in cute, cropped sweaters; teeny knit bloomers, and tube tops accessorized with glittery goggles and knee-high fur boots.

Nordic knits done in combinations of maroon and ivory and gray and ivory, some sporting a reindeer or two were absolutely gorgeous, and very wearable, too. And sweaters- cabled turtlenecks; sweet, belted dresses, and pouf-sleeved tops- were icing on one delicious cake of a collection.
