Appealing to the every-woman, Marchesa's Resort collection was full of volume and polish. The colours were sumptuous, the fabrics even more so. Beginning with a ruby red off the shoulder mini-dress, the collection had plenty of beading and 30's-like feather embellishments. The Grecian numbers that occupied the middle of the collection, though a bit by-the-numbers, displayed the designers' attention to beauty and structure.
