I didn't like the collection from Proenza Schouler, usually a house that impresses me. I think the layering, paired with the prints here made for a very messy look. I understand that a recent trip to Tahiti may have influenced the collection, as evidenced by the shape and structure of the shoes (the only noteworthy aspect of the collection, in my view), but I would have loved to see less piling on of stuff.
